The Westhampton Free Library presents their first annual Literature Contest! For children and teens in grades K-12.

Winners will receive gift card prizes and their writing featured in a local newspaper! Winners will be selected by grade: K-2, 3-5, 6-8, and 9-12.

Any type of literature will be accepted: poems, short stories, essays…be creative!

Each submission must be received with a permission slip (see a Librarian), writing must be submitted individually with one submission per participant, and all writing must be entered by Friday, March 31.

A celebration for winners in grades K-5 will take place on Sunday, April 23 from 12:30-1:00pm and a celebration for winners in grades 6-12 will take place on Sunday, April 23 from 1:30-2:00pm.
