Westhampton Free Library patrons of all ages learned how to create their own comics through the “Spider-Man: The Art of the Comic, the Art of the Movie” program on April 6. During the event, teen librarian, artist and comic book enthusiast Tom Casper showed attendees how to draw comics on a poster-sized comic book panel and discussed the art that is used in the new Spider-Man movie, “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.” “The kids were amazed with Tom’s art and had a blast creating their own,” said teen librarian Victoria Montelione.
