The Library will host a discussion on heart disease and heart care on Friday, October 11, at 12pm. The discussion will be led by Brittany Kickel, RN, MSN, of the Heart Institute at Stony Brook Medicine. She will focus on what heart disease entails, common concurrent medical symptoms, gender-specific risks and heart attack care.
