Hoopla Issues with iOS 10.3

Dear Hoopla customers,
With Apple’s recent release of iOS software version 10.3, you may find that previously downloaded Hoopla content no longer plays. Hoopla will be sending an announcement for all users signed up to receive email with the following directions to correct the challenge:
