Food Printmaking with Miss Linda

Using about a dozen different fruits and vegetables, Miss Linda taught our young patrons how artwork can be created using items as everyday as food! Miss Linda cut up onions, peppers, broccoli, apples, oranges, and more to use as stamps. Participants practiced on paper first to see which fruits and veggies made which designs. Once they knew what prints the foods made, they created a design on hanging canvas. This was truly a unique program and we hope that everyone not only enjoys their piece of art, but also the fun creative process that went with it!
